Fast Bulk Mockup Generator for Photoshop: Create 2000+ Mockups Quickly – Detailed User Guide
This guide will walk you through each step required to use the tool to quickly generate bulk mockups by inserting PNG files into PSD templates.
Step 1: Launch the Script
Launch Adobe Photoshop.
Open the script file (Speedy_Mockup_for_T-Shirt.jsx) in Photoshop by navigating to File > Scripts > Browse... and selecting the script file.
Step 2: Selecting a Folder with PNG Files
Click the button labeled “Select Folder to Scan PNG”.
A dialog box will pop up. Navigate to the folder containing your PNG files and select the folder.

Step 3: Loading PSD Files for Mockups
Click the button labeled “Load PSD Files for Mockup”.
A file selection dialog will open, allowing you to choose one or more PSD files. These files will serve as the templates for inserting your PNG designs.
Once you’ve selected the PSD files, an alert will notify you of the number of PSD files loaded successfully.
If no PSD files are selected, you will receive an alert indicating this.
Ensure that each PSD file contains a Smart Object layer named “Design”, as the script will insert PNG files into this layer.
Step 4: Enabling the Start Button
After both the PNG folder and PSD files are selected, the “Start Mockup” button will be enabled.
If one or both are missing, the button will remain disabled.
Step 5: Starting the Mockup Process
Once the “Start Mockup” button is enabled, click it to begin the process.
The script will now:
Scan the selected folder for PNG files.
For each PSD file, the script will open the file and insert each PNG into the Smart Object layer named “Design”.
After inserting each PNG:
The mockup will be saved as a PNG image in the same folder as the original PNG.
The PSD file will then be closed without saving any changes.
The script will process all the PNG files in the folder across all the selected PSD templates.
